Streamlining complex banking workflows for Bpifrance. I led the redesign of the back-office dedicated to loan request management, turning a dense administrative process into a fluid exchange platform between the bank and its clients.

Drawing inspiration from high-productivity tools like Gmail, I designed a dashboard system that handles massive data volumes while remaining visually clean and operationally efficient.
